Private Classes 

​

A 75 minute yoga class. Where I will take you through a journey of physical movement and breath control, personalised to your ability and desires. The class will end with a guided meditation cultivating a space for you to deepen your meditation practice.

The last 15 minutes we will talk about areas of your practice you would like to focus on in the future, areas where you have noticed improvement because of yoga, and how you can use yoga to help you in your every day life.

Corporate Classes

Bringing mindfulness into the work place allows you to create and uplifting work environment for employees to thrive. Yoga postures (asanas) allows people to improve the relationship with their body, becoming more in tune to the needs of the body whilst increaing strength and flexibility to combat strain on the body from long periods of sitting. Breath control and meditation practice help to releave stress, increase creativity and productivity as well as creating an uplifting work environment.
