MY YOGA JOURNEY

​

My journey with yoga started with the physical practice, Asana. Blissfully unaware at the time at how impactful and transformative this practice would be. 

Over time I sensed my body open up, release energy, become more flexible. I experienced the greatness of connecting our body and mind - something that was very unknown to me back then. I felt the power of a still mind, a mind in mediation.

And now, my physical practice (Asana), combined with using the breath (pranayama) to still the mind, creates a beautiful inner world for me to navigate daily.

​

Our personal reality is simply a reflection of our inner world. There is nothing more important than cultivating a beautiful world inside of ourselves, because this is where the majority of our life is spent. When we practice cultivating this regularly, we see great change in our external world.

​

After dedicating a large part of my time to diving deep into my yoga practice, I am now sharing my gifts, my love, and the knowledge I have been given by others.

MY WHY

is to see a world where people and the planet thrive. To do this it is imperative that we as humans take responsibility to connect back to our inner wisdom. To tune into ourselves in order to live in harmony both with each other and with nature.

We all have the innate ability to deeply connect with ourselves and the world around us, to tap into the gifts that we as humans were born with.
